MedLegal AI is software, not a law firm. Rows are extracted from the record text by pattern matching and must be verified against the cited page before use in any filing or testimony. OCR errors in the underlying record carry through. The optional AI clean-up only repairs OCR damage in a row's value, unit or date, never adds rows, and tags every change so you can check it against the page. Answers that cite passages (P1, P2 …) are written from the passages listed under each one and nowhere else — every sentence cites the page it came from, every number is checked against that page and tagged unverified when it is not found there, and no answer states a standard-of-care or causation opinion. Read the cited pages before you rely on any of it.
